14 working days from order is the standard turnaround time.
For bespoke pieces/commissions the 14 days turnaround time is from agreement of final design. We estimate a design time of 48 hrs after initial design consultation.
Standard delivery to the UK mainland is free, by insured 48 hours recorded delivery.
A 24-hr express delivery service is available for an additional £5.99
For Highlands and Islands/Northern Ireland and International orders are charged on an individual basis, please contact us for a quote.
As these are bespoke items, we are unable to accept returns unfortunately. However, we can resize rings for free if needed.
